Everything you need to know for a successful show day at Windmill Stables. From entry details to horse assignments, fees, and schedules, this is your one-stop resource for our Fall Horse Show. Be prepared, stay informed, and make the most of your equestrian experience on October 13, 2024.

Entry Submission
Email entries to Jayciekp@yahoo.com with rider name, age, horse name, class numbers, trainer name, and trainer contact information.
Registration Requirements
Submit release forms, Coggins test results, and payment at the registration desk before receiving rider numbers.
Fee Structure
Classes cost $20 each, with a $20 grounds fee and a $5 awards fee.
Schedule Overview
First class begins at 8 am. Arena open for 30-minute schooling sessions at specified times and during the 1-hour lunch break.
Child Supervision
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Dog Policy
Dogs must be leashed and accompanied by owners. Dangerous or disruptive dogs will be asked to leave.
Safety Equipment
Riders must wear ASTM/SEI-approved helmets at all times while mounted.
Awards
Awards will be given for first through sixth place in each class.
Horse Assignment
Horses are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and reserved once payment is received.
Class Selection
Consult your instructor about suitable divisions/classes for you.
Pricing
Windmill Stables horses, equipment, and instruction costs: $75 trainer fee and $75 horse/equipment fee.
Trainer Fee Payment
Pay trainer fees directly to your instructor by/before October 12th.
Horse/Equipment Fee Payment
Pay horse/equipment fees to Windmill Stables via check or Square. Horses and entries are not reserved until this payment is complete.
Horse Sharing
Instructors will work together to give each student a chance to show. We'll try to assign preferred horses, but understand that horses are limited and will be shared.
Show Prep Day
Saturday, October 12. Students will arrive at scheduled times to bathe horses and prepare equipment. Plan for 1-2 hours at the barn. Schedule TBD.
